My time in Sedbergh School was a life changing experience for me. I emerged into a completely new environment last year by moving from a local school from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong to a full boarding school in a rural town in Northern England.
Despite the peaceful atmosphere of this book town, there are so many things going on in the school! Sporting events, music concerts, drama performances and weekend socials were part of our school routines.
I was also able to engage in sophisticated discussion on a wide scope of topics during lessons and outside the classroom. Most importantly, the boarding school experience trained me to be more independent, self-disciplined and considerate.
