The application process for my son seemed like an adventure, a race against time.
Samuel and Mabel was like our navigation light, leading and guiding my family to the right track for Conan.
It was a pleasure meeting Samuel and Mabel, and later appointing them as our consultants, they provided adequate information and consideration planning and more importantly they worked with a true enthusiasm. They were hard working, detailed and caring towards us from finding a school, applying to the school, processing the registration and visa application. I have no doubts Britannia will be very competitive in the market of school placement and they will achieve great success together, it wouldnt surprise me if they one day become a market leader.
I can see their service and attitude is exactly filling the gap at the existing market, really understanding kids and helping to find the right match for them.
On the other hands, I also very much appreciate and feel touched that Samuel has written to Conan before he leave, that is really encouraging and he explained exactly what Conan needed to know, this could only come from somebody who has been there and done that.
Once again, my husband and I, also my families deeply appreciate to all the help from Samuel and his colleague to assisting Conan.
