I had never been to England before. This was the first time. When I first came to this school, I thought it was really old and, compared to most of the schools in HK it is very small in number of children. However, I am a boarder in this school and everything was new for me so it was a good experience. So I entered the boarding house and I met many girls who are all very outgoing and talkative. Moreover, because I am a shy person so I haven’t got to know some of them well until now. I am also happy on my own when I can do my knitting as I am a member of the knitting club. Every Thursday we meet after school. I felt very happy when I learned how to knit.
It is difficult to study some of the subjects here for example History. The reason is we are learning a lot about British history but I think most of the HK people don’t even know much about Chinese history. Therefore it can be difficult to understand what they are talking about.
For sport I have never played hockey before so it is quite hard for me to play in a match. Although I haven’t scored any goals until now, I quite like to play hockey. By the way, I am looking forward to making even more friends in this school and I wish I can study at King’s College next year.
