Basic Information & Location
Windlesham House School, founded in 1837, is British top boarding preparatory school for boys and girls aged between 4 and 13. It is located at South Downs, close to Brighton, London, Heathrow Airport and other international airports. It is the first boys’ preparatory school in the UK history. Since 2011, according to Independent Schools Inspectorate, Windlesham House School achieved “Excellent” grade in various aspects. Over half of the pupils are boarders.
Academic Development
School works very hard to unearth the potentials of each pupil. Regardless of their background, every student can get the attention and help from the faculty team. Most of the graduates have entered well-known senior schools, such as Harrow school, Eton school, Brighton College, and Wellington College. Candidates applying for this school usually do not have to attend the Common Entrance, but the school sometimes requires face-to-face interview in the UK.

Windlesham Houseendeavors to create warm, harmonious and family-like environment for the students. Staff in boarding houses always try to put themselves into students’ shoes to understand their needs and problems encountered. Teachers from Windlesham House School are responsible and enthusiastic, and try their best to take care of students.
Extracurricular & personal development
Windlesham House School is well-equipped. There is a 9-hole golf course, playgrounds, woodlands, tennis courts, basketball courts, track and field runway and a gymnasium which allow students to play cricket, football, rugby, and hockey to me but a few.
