This process requires candidates to pass a series of professional module examinations and a final examination, as well as accumulate at least three years of practical experience under the supervision of an authorised employer.Upon successfully fulfilling both the examination and practical experience requirements, candidates may apply for membership with the Institute and be formally admitted as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Professional qualification in UK

In the United Kingdom, professional accountancy qualifications are awarded by several recognised professional bodies, the most well‑known being ACCA, CIMA and ICAEW. To obtain qualification, candidates must pass a series of professional examinations set by their chosen body and complete approximately three years of relevant practical work experience under the supervision of an approved employer.
