Situated in the centre of Lincoln in East Midlands, Lincoln Minster School is a “through-train” Christian school catering for children aged between 2 to 18. It is one of the HMC schools (The Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference) and a member of the United Church Schools Trust, which mark its innovation and excellence in education. The whole school comes together regularly in the Cathedral to celebrate the passing of terms, prize givings and special occasions.

Academic Development

Lincoln Minister aims to bring out ‘the Best in Everyone’, enabling each pupil to become a balanced, happy and articulate person. In 2017, Year 11 pupils excelled with 91% achieving A*-C at GCSE while A Level pupils enjoyed fantastic results with 86% achieving A*-C with the vast majority going on to their first choice destination. Of those going to university, pupils have been accepted on a broad variety of courses including Medicine, Engineering, Music and Fashion, demonstrating how the school cater for the individual needs of pupils and give them the guidance to reach their goals.
