Architecture is an interdisciplinary field that integrates art, science and the humanities. At its core, it involves learning how to conceive, design and construct spaces and environments that meet human needs. The curriculum not only covers design communication skills such as drawing and model‑making, but also explores architectural aesthetics, historical theory and cultural contexts to cultivate creativity and artistic sensibility.
At the same time, students are required to acquire solid technical knowledge in areas such as structural systems, material applications, environmental science and construction technology, ensuring that their design proposals are both innovative and safe to implement. In essence, the study of architecture aims to train professionals who can balance aesthetics, functionality, technical expertise and social responsibility, creating buildings that are both practical and meaningful.
