Ronald Mak is the visionary co-founder of Britannia Malaysia, bringing unparalleled expertise and leadership to the company.

It was during his time at the prestigious University of Nottingham, where he earned his degree in Finance and Accounting, that Ronald forged lasting connections with his co-founders, Samuel from Hong Kong and Phakphum from Thailand. Ronald often reflects on this as a quintessential example of the profound benefits of a UK higher education. Not only did it equip him and his partners with the requisite communication skills and values, but it also facilitated their ability to connect with like-minded, intellectually driven individuals who shared an open-minded, entrepreneurial spirit.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Ronald co-founded Britannia Malaysia in 2018. His strategic leadership and innovative approach have been instrumental in the company’s impressive growth and success.

Beyond his professional commitments, Ronald is a father of three, all of whom intend to study in the UK. As a strong proponent of overseas education, he believes that while younger years can be spent studying in Asia to imbibe discipline and traditional Asian values, teenage years should be about expanding one’s vision and experiencing different cultures.

Ronald is also passionate about fitness and motorsports, integrating the principles of discipline and creativity into both his personal life and his leadership style at Britannia Malaysia.
